Without needing a disruptive and costly excavation using high pressure injection of epoxy or polyurethane foam repair materials. Crack injection is and has been the accepted way of tackling leak and crack repairs on basement foundations and walls for many years without the need for damaging and costly exterior excavation. With a polymer injection the entire crack itself is filled through the complete thickness of the wall from bottom to top. The old method, of excavate and coat the wall, only puts a bandaid coating on one side of the wall only allowing the crack to oftentimes still get full of water; either from the footing level which can’t be coated from the outside without undermining the house, or from above which is unsightly to coat due to being exposed.
