Foundation Leak & Crack Repair
In most cases building owners, whether residential or commercial, can have these cracks fixed permanently. Without needing a disruptive and costly excavation using high pressure injection of epoxy or polyurethane foam repair materials.
Even if a concrete foundation crack is not leaking now, eventually water will find it. These wall cracks develop due to curing shrinkage, thermal movement, earthquakes, settling, and other causes. They can grow larger, shift, and move causing big headaches, such as loss of structural integrity or, more commonly, water leaking into your furnished basement and other living spaces.
Foundation Wall Crack Injection
In most cases building owners, whether residential or commercial, can have these cracks fixed permanently. Without needing a disruptive and costly excavation using high pressure injection of epoxy or polyurethane foam repair materials. Crack injection is and has been the accepted way of tackling leak and crack repairs on basement foundations and walls for many years without the need for damaging and costly exterior excavation. With a polymer injection the entire crack itself is filled through the complete thickness of the wall from bottom to top. The old method, of excavate and coat the wall, only puts a bandaid coating on one side of the wall only allowing the crack to oftentimes still get full of water; either from the footing level which can’t be coated from the outside without undermining the house, or from above which is unsightly to coat due to being exposed.
Crack Injection Is Perfect For:
- Where dirt removal is extensive, deep, or blocked by landscaping.
- Long horizontal or angled cracks.
- Below grade basements, parking garages, electrical vaults, and elevator pits.
Our injection material is flexible for contracting and expanding concrete…so it lasts! Perma Dry Waterproofing does not recommend injection for fixing floor cracks or cove joint seepage. Call for details.
Our Crack Injections come with a TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY!!!!!
