Meet Our Team

Permadry Team Our team consists of office personnel, sales specialists, trained and certified service technicians and installation foreman, and are highly qualified in their areas of expertise. Our team is committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible, from scheduling a quote appointment to answering questions about your system. We are staffed and ready to serve.

Our sales team, who is responsible for site evaluations, has attended training at Basement Systems headquarters in Seymour, Connecticut, and each individual is certified as a System Design Specialist. They are knowledgeable, experienced, straightforward and will show you how to get the most out of your home.

Our Sales Specialists

Aaron Calvo

Being a small family owned company, Aaron has been instrumental in our growth and success. Aaron began with the company in the operations department, ordering materials and scheduling crews and estimate appointments. He went on to learn installation techniques and in 2002 was promoted to the Sales Department where he has worked and consulted with home owners, commercial property owners and managers, and assisted the real estate industry to solve their structural waterproofing problems.

As a native to Washington, Aaron attended high school in Seattle and attended both Washington State University and Western Washington University to achieve his Bachelors of Arts in Urban Planning and Environmental Resource Policy.

If it's not raining, Aaron is spending time with his wife Tara and daughter Emma in the great outdoors either camping, skiing, playing tennis or going for long walks.

Ryan Winders

Ryan came to Perma Dry with an extensive background in residential construction, and the pest control industry, where he spent the past several years in the sales and service side of the business. His first hand knowledge of the problems associated with wet basements and crawl spaces, and how those conditions relate to issues with mold, mildew, pest control and the overall air quality in the home, gives Ryan a unique background in which to address our customers concerns. His "common sense" approach gets to the heart of the problems and results in the most desirable outcome of all... Permanent Solutions.

He performs his job as a Waterproofing System Design Specialist in a very precise and detailed manner, and always upholds the highest standards of the industry. Ryan was selected to attended Advanced Crawl Space Systems training at the Neutocrete Training Center in Connecticut, where he was awarded the first Neutocrete Installation certification on the West Coast, with top honors.

Ryan graduated from Eastern Washington University, where he studied philosophy and communications. He was an Honor Roll student, and was part of the EWU tennis team. Ryan is a board member with the South Snohomish Little League and a coach. He also coaches basketball & soccer teams.

Ryan shares his life with his wife, Sarah, and their two children, Aspen and Gracie. The family resides in Snohomish.
