Our Field Representatives

Keith Newman:

Keith has spent more than 18 years in the building trade. He's a skilled carpenter who has frequently worked as a construction foreman, superintendent, and owned his own construction firm. As a licensed contractor, he has first-hand knowledge of the damage associated with a wet basement or crawl space. Keith's experience working with homeowners, property managers and real estate agents brings a focused and a responsible approach to each job. Keith is a certified mold remediation contractor and has attended Certified Waterproofing Training in Seymour, Connecticut. He has been with Perma Dry since 2002, and lives in Edmonds, WA. with his wife and children


Ryan Winders:

Ryan came to Perma Dry Waterproofing with an extensive background in residential construction and pest control. Ryan has been in more crawl spaces than one could count, and his attention to detail under the home is one reason Ryan has earned the trust of customers to take care of their home repair issues in an area most would rather forget about. Ryan is a certified mold remediation contractor, a licensed pest inspector, and has been with Perma Dry Waterproofing since 2007. Ryan lives in Snohomish with his two children.


Aaron Calvo:

While he may be family, Aaron had to earn his stripes. Aaron came to Perma Dry with experience in city planning, property management, and construction. Aaron started with Perma Dry from the ground up and has been instrumental in the company growth.  From answering in bound calls, installing drain systems, assisting in the operations department, Aaron is the companies current general manager. Aaron’s holistic approach to solving drainage and water repairs has helped home owners to get the most enjoyment out of their home. Aaron is a certified mold remediation contractor, has attended Certified Waterproofing Training in Seymour, Connecticut, attends Master Builder’s training classes on Green Building practices and other construction topics. Aaron lives in West Seattle with his wife and two children and owns a Perma Dry Waterproofing basement drainage system installed in 2005.
